we bought our condo before it was built... 300k .. moved in for 6 months.. sold it. 440k ! and that was a competitive price, sold in 6 days!

wooooo, thats awesome thanks. i checked it out.......the area where my house was ranges anywhere from $500,000 to $720,000 so i was right in that ballpark!

and rhia.....north van is sooooo wonderful. i can't imagine having grown up anywhere else. i would say its more kid friendly than kits is. especially going down to deep cove in the park and playground area......its a lot of moms and their kids...i love it.

i have access to the system realtors use to look up property values of individual houses, not sure if that's what that site ^^ does but this ones pretty indepth.

the land alone should go for over 600k an acre.
