Phibbs is right besides the bridge. Its probly the second best exchange in north van next to lonsdale quey for convience. If you are attending Capp college your probly a 10-15 min walk away.

BTW ppl Mountian hyw goes all the way down to marine drive.

From what Biscut discribed she seems to live in a pretty convient place. Near Park and Tilford and many other comercial buisnesses and a walk away form Phibs. Although I doubt its a place with a nice view :p
