Top floor, in suite laundry room, fire place, you'd have your own bathroom, nice bedroom, food disposal, dishwasher, big balcony. The apt is fully furnished except for your bedroom.

The apt does not share a wall with another suite and the floor below is all offices that are empty after 5pm. The apt is on Mountain Hwy.

You must like animals as I have two cats and a dog.

Girl or Guy I don't care but I'd prefer it if you were in your 20s.

Secure Underground parking. 5 minute walk to Phibbs Exchange. 1 minute drive to Hwy 1

Bills split 1/2. Anytime in July (pro rated) or August 1. Security 300. No more pets sorry.. unless they're the kind that lives in a cage

No big raging parties but I don't care if you have friends over once and awhile.

Must be responsible.. if you don't have rental references, 4 months worth of paystubs to show me you can afford rent is good enough. Pics on request.

mt hwy is really far if u dont have a car i use to live there and i went to school at seycove sec. really long bus ride to anywhere.

but cool if u love the outdoors and u dont mind the travel time u have to put in to go anywhere=)

Whoops rent is 600.. full rent is 1300 but I pay 100 more cause I have the master suite with a bathroom in my bedroom.

phibbs in on the other side of the bridge when u cross to north vancouver. and phibbs is the clostest but it takes at least 15 min to get to by bus when its not busy. plus the bus runs every 30 min to an hour during sundays. my hwy is far into north van by mt.seymour. i use to work and live right there when i was 17. driving it took alot more than 8 mins to get over the bridge to burnaby...but maybe ur a fast driver?

i just know it take 20 min to get to my house from lonsdale and keith. and i live on commercial and hastings.(so right on the other side of the bridge)(driving wise at night)

it is very beautiful on the mt hwy tho. well worth the price=)

I literally live right at the hwy exit almost.. like 1 minute away.. so yeah.. 8 minutes.. get off at 1st and over boundary to still creek and I'm at work
