Matty and I are seeking a 2 bedroom or two bedroom plus den to move into preferably downtown. I started a new thread but people started posting in this one, so I am editting it. (I love how you have to explain yourself on this site so people don't bite your head off)

its really hard to find a place for sep first in july.. too early..i suggest you to wait till the 1st of august, cause most of place wont be getting notice till then...

ps it is hard to get a place on sep 1st cause of the students.. been there (had to fight for places lol)

there are a lot of places downtown in the price range
pretty nice ones, too
especially if you don't have any pets

you could get a place in the west end for 1250-1350/month
1500/month will get you a fairly decent place

My friends and I need to move too. We'd like to get a house, if possible. We're looking to spend less than $1500/month for a 3br, we have one cat, need somewhere around Commercial or 4th, and we'd like to move in on September 1.

Dayln you should be able to find a place. I am looking for a place around what you are looking to pay or a bit more. I am finding places but I have a cat. That is holding me back.
