Yeah, as some people posted, go out at night (you'll be able to hear him if he meows back when you call him), and look in all the nooks and crannies you can (basically anything a cat can get into and hide in). Also check trees in your area, your cat might have climbed one trying to escape from a racoon or a dog, and is too scared to come down.

Becuase hes an indoor cat he couldnt have gone far. Make posters (pic,discription, who to call etc) and photo copy a ton of them and post them around yoru naieghbour hood.

Becuase he has no collar/tattoo, it wouldnt surprise me if he turns up at the SPCA. Go down and check them out. Give them one of your posters/info on your cat so if he does turn up thell know.

Go for walks around your neighbour hood and call him.

Worste case he got hit by a car, was harmed by an animal and is scared and lost, or gotten by a coyotte (wich I doubt in your area)

oh one thing you may wanna do if your looking around your neighborhood or something like that..... if there was a special little toy that had a bell or something that makes noise that he liked you might wanna bring that with you just to shake it a bit and see if he might come out or meow or something.... you just never know...

My cat would also go into some neighbours houses for a day or 2 at a time just to check out the new food probably. It knew the territory and when they fortunately let it out again, it would come back home. Has your cat been outside often enough to know how to get home?

Maybe take your "lost cat" notice and deliver it to all houses within a certain distance.

yeah i went up the street and delivered notices to maybe 100 surrounding houses.. so hopefully they'll keep a look out. all i know is that if he ever does come back.... he's grounded.

i've been checking everyday.
walking around my neighborhood every day morning and night..
put up posters and mailers in the neighboring houses

i mean i've been doing everything i could possibly do.
i'm almost positive someone has him. last night this 3 month old kitten followed me around for blocks while i was calling diesel. i was balling my eyes out because the kitten was being all playful and practically jumped in my arms. something diesel would do. as i got close to my house he was still behind me, meowing at the top of his lungs.. which seriously broke my heart.

today i heard a few stories about lost pets on the radio.

1 case - cat lived in point grey was missing for a couple weeks, was found in EAST VANCOUVER by the PNE!!!!

2 case - cat missing from the west side found in CHINA TOWN!!!

3 case - cat was taken camping 50 km away from home, cat was lost and months later he came back home (traveled the 50km who knows how)

Whenever my indoor kitty gets out I wander around and shake his treat container and call his name.
Years ago I had a gorgeous white n black fluffy kitty and she was missing for a good week or so, and then one day she just came home- pregnant. Afterwards I heard that my neighbor's cat went missing too. So maybe Diesel has a girlfriend? :) <3

haha pretty much what happened to my parents' cat... she was a home cat and just wanted to party lol
