I said to compare this year's Canucks (Luongo's current team) with last year's Florida (the team he had last year). Though, while we're discussing it, this year's Florida looks almost the same as last year's Canucks....gotta love the new NHL.
The Canucks now have absolutely no depth (just like last year's Panthers), and, which is really puzzling, no cap room to make any worthwhile deals.
It's going to be another long season for Luongo.

^ i think in all honesty if we had kept carter our top 6 forwards would be very balanced.

but our defensive coverage is really bad as well. In the detroit game we were clearing some of the rebounds better but since columbus and on all the games have been no clearing of the rebounds.

I think our forwards are currently still better than the forwards that florida had last year, but man florida and auld/bertuzzi are just cruising along so far.

There is a difference we should be able to play better than tonight and the way we played in colorado. Were short a proper second line but if our defensive coverage was better we would be alright.

In other words don't give up free breakaways over and over like today
