What do you perfer, girls with their hair down or up?

I usually perfer the girl to have her hair down (all about the long hair), but if her hair isn't that long, then I rather her have it up.

It depends on the girl and her face shape, and what kind of style she is wearing it up in. :)
If a girl has lots of pretty layers it looks really good down, if it's all one length a ponytail (or bun) with a few wisps here and there looks really good. :) And pigtails are always super cute!

well I used to have long hair and when I was lazy wore it up and when I wanted to look good wore it down. Now my hair's to short to put up so it's always down.

Anyways, back on topic, I think hair looks good up if it's styled, or if there's some sort of bangs because the all hair pulled back pony looks kind of werid sometimes.
As for down, I think it looks good if it's been styled in some way, or if it's got a nice cut.
And pigtails, how can you all hate so much? What about those cute lil tiny ones that are barely even piggies at all, just those lil puffs of short hair put up? So cute.

I would say it depends on what suits the girls facial features. I hate to see a girl with such beautiful bone structure hiding her face with her hair down all the time. Sometimes an up-do or super short hair is far more flattering. But I mean, the most important thing really is what makes the person feel most comfortable.
