canucks injury update

Taylor Pyatt - a second degree AC sprain to his shoulder. Out 2-4 weeks.

Rick Rypien - partial tear to his groin. Out 6-8 weeks.

Sami Salo - burner/spasm in his neck. Won't know his status until the spasm leaves. Optimistically, he'll be out 7-10 days.

Canucks will most likely call up Yannick Tremblay.

Rory Fitzpatrick skated before practice for 10 minutes or so, but he's still a couple weeks away.

ack...... only have a few good players these days, salo / pyatt being 2 of them. I have a feelin we're gunna drop a lil in the standings.

^not if Yannick Tremblay keeps playing the way he does! That, and Bulis FINALLY got a (his fourth) goal. And Luongo is still coming up big for the canucks...and we have not yet experienced trading season *hopes to get Bondra here* :)

*goren is back in the lineup due to santala's torn mcl.

tremblay played amazing last night, and it totally made me realize something. why have ohlund/salo on the PP when they don't set each other up for one timers? everyone was throwing it to tremblay and he was blasting!

yeah man...he was NOT afraid to let them rip..plus, his shots were always on net! :D
