ummmmm, something odd about that though.... the Halloween party that was done there.... it was promoted as a "catered event", to me this implies that the promoters had prior knowledge that the venue falls under restaurant licensing... so as promoter, if you know that, you should also know that under that permit you cannot serve as late.... also, I didn’t see any food there... did anyone else?

you can get licences to serve till 2, with food until 1. the place i work at on the weekends has to do that. that wouldn't mean anything about promoters knowing that they couldn't go past 1

Ya i was gonna say....i don't think it was.

That as nothing to do with PI. Its a fibonacci (sp?) sequence. I learned about that in discrete mathematics... It can be implemented in software recursively.

If any c programmers are curious.. (notice the recursion.. ie fib() calling itself)

whoops forgot to explain how it works. If you actually go though trace of the above function you'll get:

fib(0) => 1
fib(1) => 1
fib(2) => 2
fib(3) => 3
fib(4) => 5
fib(5) => 8
fib(6) => fib(5) + fib(4) = 13 // we've already calculated the 4th and 5th fib

and so on...

basically fib(n) gives you the nth fibannaci number in the sequence. You can plug in any number for n

I understand the lack of venue's and all but why the fuck the waldorf? Like come on. The place looks like a sketchy business just from the outside let alone the business practices now being proven at the topic of this thread.
