Anyone taken Power or Ashtanga Yoga at Semperviva?
My work is stopping my power yoga class because everyone wants to do pilates...
Curious if anyone has taken Power or Ashtanga style yoga there previously and what they thought. Any recommended teachers, how was the difficultly etc? I want to use the City location, but can use Sky or Sun. I've only taken Hatha classes there previously.
