i just had my hair colored and there was plenty of bleach involved, and now, i'm dealing with crazy damage!

i use redkin extream shampoo and conditioner. when i dye my hair i use my conditioner in the dye too

Redkin Anti-snap is a great leave in treatment to add to a super conditioning shamp/cond regime. Apply to wet hair and style as per usual. I've sworn by it for years.

Its brilliant whether I go straight or curly (my hair is similar to yours I think).

If you need a good curl product I love love looooove Bumble & Bumble Curl Creme. Work into wet or dry (defused) wavy hair and it makes it all smooth and bouncy. It's surprisingly lightweight, and it's NOT sticky or crunchy at all.
