I think I'm beautiful, I have no problems with how I look, my weight, my shoe size, anything... I'm still baffled by the dead eyes comment... but oh well... I was just asking for suggestions on where to get my brows done... I don't think anything said was insulting at all actually

^ really? well phew, I guess I shouldn't feel so guilty for not going in a while haha. I haven't found a good threading place downtown though so I started getting them waxed instead for convenience and also it makes my skin less red and irritated.... but I don't want to get wrinkles before I'm due for them so I guess I can put up with a day of redness.

the thing with waxing, when they take the strip off it pulls your skin and that’s how wrinkles are created/ there is a place right by your house.. do u guys still live in same place? mondo spa, its a bit more pricey, but i highly recommend it... they got some quality estheticians. i personally had great experience

Waxing your eyebrows won't necessarily cause wrinkles but it's difficult to get the same type of precision you would with threading.
Plucking and waxing don't even come close to threading and threading doesn't hurt THAT much. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since I was 12 and I guess i've killed off most of the nerves because it doesn't hurt at all anymore. My eyebrow lady doesn't accept new clients but there are other good places around the city - one in particular comes to mind it's near Main and 49th, if you go there make sure you book Raj Me and Kenji on Friday night

KENJI omg , your eyebrows could really use some threading. I know this great place on Robson omg. some powder could really enhance the roseyness in your cheeks. Your eyes look a little dead maybe some grey liner could really bring them out. ;)
