k, so I go to school on the corner of hastings and cambie... basically pretty sketchy ass area of town. right beside my school there is this obvious drug dealing operation goin down and we have security guards just to keep the junkies from bothering the vfs students.


anyways, long story short. On a smoke break me and some friends totally saw nardwuar the human serviette all sketched out and scoring drugs from next door.

and he didn't even offer to share, fuckin asshole.

at least he gave me the decency to end my doo-diddla-doo doo

These are the Breaks, Rhymes and Reasons, Ska-T's scenic drive, and some of the better indiepoprock programs are the best part of that station.

The thing about citr is that you never know what's going to happen when (if you can manage to pick it up) you tune in. Half the time you're going to get some dope music, the other half you'll get someone playing the BBC news with baroque Romanian orchestras singing in the background

That's his style. He heavily researches people before he interviews them so he can ask them about random stuff from their pasts or personal lives. Plus, who wants to hear the same old interviews all the time? Everyone asks the same questions over and over. It's always stuff we already know, and it's got to get boring for the interviewee. By asking unusual questions, he can probably catch them off gaurd and get more interesting responses.

ps - best ever was when he told snoop dogg the "What does Snoop Dogg keep his whites white with?" joke.
