How it Works
Participants collect donations, then go 30 hours without eating to experience hunger first-hand. During the 30 hours, groups learn about global poverty issues and take part in a variety of activities to keep them busy.

I feel realllly terrible about this now but one year in high school me and my girl friends (we were 15) decided to do it except we all got our parents to sign the consent saying we were staying overnight at school and we decided to go to a rave instead.
Salima had super strict parents so this was one of our only chances to go rave without getting in serious shit the next day.

did it many times..its fun..just hang around people doing the same thing, keep busy, and drink lots of water..
