I doubt it...

I don't think they would encourage the *young kids* and *drinking and driving* scenario.

I think we have too much of that as it is...

i havent heard about this. i think the age is fine at 19 as it is. when i was 18 and about to graduate we all just had fake ID's any ways that would work in most of the clubs, and we also would take road trips to calgary to go party there for long weekends and stuff.

you young people have to be more creative OK
