Medical Plan

I am currently in-between medical plans...

(Switched jobs)

My new medical coverage is in the process of being set up.

I can feel a cold or something coming on and I want to go to the clinic. Does anyone know if I have to wait until my new medical is set up, or if they will take me since I'm already waiting for it to be activated?

As long as you're a Canadian in Canada you're covered.

In between jobs just means you pay your own medical premiums, so expect a bill for your MSP, but your carecard coverage will not be cancelled.
