myra and i had really good goat cheese bruschetta from that pub on denman and davie. sunday, i think. you can buy the salt spring island goat cheese at urban fare. i tried a sample of it at eat vancouver. it was soo good that i bought some for someone as a bday present.

I decided to sleep on this one, because i enjoy food so much it was too hard to choose. I still can't narrow it down so i'll throw out some possibilities:

bacon and egg sandwhich on toasted wholewheat
bananas
bacon cheeseburger from White Spot w/ extra triple O
stir fried veg and chicken on brown jasmine rice

i think i might have to go to white spot this week.

this morning i had pb on toast cause toasted bread will be out for 3 months. :(

tonight i am going to have oven roasted veggies and tofu marinated in a bit of soy just to give it some flavor. they will be served over top of basmati rice, sprinkled with toasted cashews and my own spicy coconut milk gravy poured over top.
