They disapeered and so had to be discounted, however they remain part of the 7 wonders of the ANCIENT world. The pyramids remain by default. Too be honest though i think the hagia sophia out does the Taj Mahal. But they are all really beautiful and amazing, i so want to go to pachu pichu.

Oh and honestly.. the chrst redeemer??? I dont think that is top 7 quality, sure its absolutely amazing craftsmanship, but i dont think it holds up there with the acropolis, the pyramids, or stonehenge, especially being built VERY recently by comparison.

*Edit* Kind of humourus that the statue of liberty even made it in. Obv americans voted for it, but its amusing because its a freaking french statue for gods sakes and the americans treat it like their own. But it came last place followed by the sydney opera house and Kiyomizu Temple, Japan.

yeah man i actually put in two ballots. i misheard the lady when she gave me the insructions so i asked for another.

im sure our three votes put chichen itza over the top cause it just squeaked in at number 7.

what a amazing site that was.

not to sure why that big jesus is a wonder though. the panama canal owns that jesus statue.
