so i need a place to live september 1st.

Would prefer north burnaby area for SFU purposes but anywhere that can get me there by transit and isn't too much of a hassle. would prefer to stay above broadway, would consider downtown area possibly as well.

looking for a 1 bedroom (not a bach).

kits. i was just here for the summer. my last 1 year lease ended at the beginning of the summer, and I didn't like the place enough to stick around, so i moved in with my buddy for the summer, now he's done his degree and off to work the oil sands in alberta.

September 1st is a tough date to get in on.

I'd suggest getting on some wait lists in downtown if you're keen on living there.

I'm giving notice at my place on September 1st, it's a 2 bedroom and it's fairly decently priced.

I'm holding out until then because I dont' want to contend with all the students.

i dunno who neg'd jim and magi, but i neg'd goodfellow because, well, no shit sherlock.

northburn is preferred but i'll be easy. i've been offered a bachelor place, but it's a basement suite and, well, i'd only do a basement if it was really nice....not this place.

I'm going to hit up all those semi lower end apartments around skytrain stations like at lougheed and such.

i had a cheap ass epiphany last night and am going with that basement bach, thanks for your input though guys. realized that while im finishing up my degree, an extra 2400 a year can be used towards upgrading the furniture.

here i come, oakdale.....
