Limo service

I’m looking to rent a limo for the Mike Relm concert... but with the hundreds of listings online... I don’t know which one to choose.


I was wondering if you could recommend a company that you have had a good experience with in the past… Also one that is affordable.

I contacted Time Limousine and for a one way from Van to Port Coq would cost $219.63.

It will be just myself and one other person. I thought that maybe going there and back would cost that much.

Any suggestions?

if it's just two of you....for the mike relm concert..... why not take a taxi if you're stuck for a ride?

the reason they charge that much is because its a vancouver based company and they charge for the time it takes them to drive out to get you. i don't like time limo anyway.

i always use star limo service and never have an issue. they do pick ups for poco. its slow today so i gave them a ring and they said $112.50 plus tax and tip each way :) almost 1/2 the price!

wishbone: I hate taking taxi's. Had a couple bad experiences and I pretty much avoid them if possible. Plus I’m planning a special night.

Last Saturday my friends and I rented a Limobus from a reputable company I have used in the past. The plan was for the limo to pick us up from my house @ 9:30 and drop us off to the club.

Fast forward to 9:15 Saturday night. I get a call on my cell phone. Its the limo driver. He lets me know that hes outside waiting and asks if we can "make it quick b/c I have somewhere else to be"

We come outside and pile into the Limobus. By this time everyone is feeling pretty good b/c of the alcohol that was consumed before hand. Yes, I will admit everyone was drinking but no one posed a threat or looked as if they were drunk.

After a few minutes the bus driver stood above everyone near the entrance for the bus. He stood and watched everyone talking amongst eachother. It was weird. He didn't make an effort to quiet people down, no body language or anything. He just stood there kind of like my dad would if he caught me looking at porn. A couple of us guys knew the dad look and decided to tell everyone in the bus to "Shhhhhhhh" or "Be quiet" b/c the bus driver obviously had something to say. He waited about 20 seconds until he screamed out "HEY BIG MOUTH BITCH IN THE BACK, SHUT THE FUCK UP" to one of my girlfriends. That is when the entire bus got upset with him. It took a few people to ask him what his problem was until he made the threat of there being no booze on the limo. Obviously we didn't want to ruin my friends bday by throwing out the booze or cancelling the trip, so instead we started over. He apologized and we began our trip to the club. The rest of the night was uneventful, the pickup was fine, the drop was fine.

I won't go and post the name of the company we used or the drivers name b/c the owner has reimbursed some of the fair paid. That didnt happen right away though. It took numerous letters, phone calls and in the end a live video taken of the guy shouting at my friend, along with some comments that a few people missed while he belted them out. One of them was "Hey bitch with the herpes!" Anyways if anyone has booked a limo and is concerned about who this might be then feel free to contact me.

I ended up booking with Wilson's limo a coquitlam company.

He was super nice... the fair was decent and he even let us have more time then we paid for.
