St. Patty's Day parties are coming. That means green beers will be in the hands of hundreds of thousands of beligerant drunks this weekend.

What is the best beer to use for making a good quality green ale? All you need to do is put a couple of drops of green food dye into a beer, but what beer looks the best? And how much food dye should i use (what is too green or not green enough?)

I celebrate st. patty's day like new immigrants celebrate canada day. Sure, it sort of doesn't feel right AT FIRST, but it also feels wrong to not celebrate with everyone else since everyone's having such a damned good time! But shit, is it an eye opening moment seeing green puke for the first time...
