Well, it's not like all the nations are touching tips. You could just say you have a million nukes pointed at Washington and forgo having to shell out a billions dollars a piece to make them. Obama disowns Wright

This could very well be a ploy orchestrated by the Obama camp in order to sever the connection the media has made between him and Wright. Think about it... Wright really wants Obama to win, and knows that his preachings will drag him down. So he goes forth and makes even more offensive and derogatory comments that Obama has no choice but to completely disagree. Now it looks like they've had a falling out and his influence from Wright is no longer an issue in the eyes of the public.

Tricky tactic but a lot smarter than the shit that Hillary's been pulling. Also exceptionally difficult to trace and/or prove.

Still though, his comments as of late are definitely a lot more brash than they were in the past. Before it was just out-of-context sound bytes and all he could really say was "I don't agree with everything he's said."

Now Wright is outright saying that the media is being racist. If Obama didn't respond to that with a complete distancing of the comments, saying that it was wrong and that Wright is no longer the person that inspired him, his campaign would be completely over now.

So you're seeing what's been hand-picked by Obama detractors to emphasize his lesser qualities. Haven't you learned to not trust the media yet? I figured that one out in high school when I read 1984.

A preacher's job is to speak their version of truth, always has been regardless of which religion they ascribe to. Sometimes truth is not what people want to hear. A lot of the time it gets exaggerated. The media will take whatever exaggerations can be perceived as controversial and broadcasts them to the public, completely ignoring 99.99% of what that particular person says and focusing on the 15-second sound byte that they can broadcast on the 5 o'clock news.
