he laughed, then i heard the customer laugh, was on speaker phone.
normally techs warn me because i have a tendancy to make disgusting jokes.

I made a that's what she said joke with a couple of customers the other day, but they didn't get it... I was crushed, but thankfully one of my staff members was standing near by to hear it and crack up :P
