Srsly, though, if you call them and act really ditsy, I can't see them not helping you get the thing set up. If that doesn't work, run out onto the street and start screaming "oh god. someone help. my router, it does not function. Why will it not function?"

lol... they sent the stupid cd rom .. which after calling them the guy said not to even bother using.....wireless FINALLY SET UP... only after a week and many long phone calls...... thanks bev and telus jeff!!!!

ps. telus still sucks.
