This is going to be an interesting match. Sure Brock Lesnar is absolutely massive and powerful, however he is inexperienced and tends to sometimes get way to hyped during a fight. Because of that, I can see him making a stupid mistake where Couture is going to see and take advantage of.

Nobody so far has managed to land a nice clean shot to Lesnars head. But I think we are going to see that Couture is going to land a few shots that will test whether Lesnar has an iron chin or not. Its going to be an exciting fight card overall..

I gotta admit that I was impressed with Lesnars patience and concentration during the fight. I don't even think that Lesnar expected the punch he through would make couture to go down... however it did.

Couture on the other half was in amazing shape. Better then his last fight. He clearly still has what it takes thats for sure.

But what is next for the title?? Will it be Brock Lesnar vs. Fedor Emelianenko??? who knows... however that would be an interesting fight..

lesnar gets the winner of mir and nog which should be nog. Nog can take an epic beating and usually still catch a sub but i think all the damage is starting to catch up with him

I was quite disappointed with the result of the fight. Couture is a better fighter. Lesnar is just huge - he barely qualifies as a heavy weight, he should have to drop more weight before he can compete. I know heavy weight is up to 265 or something, but it's just ridiculous.

And who's the one to take Lesnar out? Uh, Frank Mir forced Lesnar to tap out due to submission in his first fight. Rookie mistake though. Not that I think Lesnar is a bad fighter, he's damn fast for a big guy and with more experience and ground game, he'll only get better. Now he's just a big guy who is still confused on how to really fight.

Oh yeah, and he did not deserve to fight in a title fight for his third fight.

On a side note, the rest of the fights that night were insane. Knocks outs or submissions pretty much - and if not, hardcore scrappy strikers.

I forget which fight it was cause I was the liquor that night, but for fuck sakes was that ever some uppercut! That for me was the highlite of the night because the hype for the main event far exceeded the actual match.
