The idea of selling the pass is entirely counter productive.


I'd imagin the passes will have our pictures on them, if not right away, they will figure it out quickly.

they do have pictures on them, but bus drivers never look at them. you slide them into a slot, like you do with transfers and fare saver tickets.

after about a month of frequent use, the picture gets rubbed off.

that's why you see ppl on craigslist posting adds that include their ethnicity when they're trying to get rid of them.

very easy for white males/females and asian males/females to get rid of them.

my tall white girlfriend who's a grad student at ubc gave me hers after she thought she lost it and had to get a replacement for $20. i used it for about a week before i lost it. picture had faded.

bus drivers really don't give a crap.

^ i believe after this month they might be getting rid of pics. you are just required to carry id now with your pass.

which if they cant check a transfer they will have a super hard time checking id.
