Ideas for New Years Eve 2010?

Help needed.

Some friends are visiting for the 30th- 2nd and I would like to sort something out for new years eve.
Requirements:

- not a rave
- not $100+
- not black tie
- mixed music, house/ hip hop preferably
- welcoming environment


Any leads would be nice. It does not have to be a big deal, and hopefully somewhere that we can celebrate without being swarmed by guidos or their female counterparts.

Little bit early to start planning, as I'm imagining most NYE parties haven't been planned yet.

Intimate NYE is usually good at the Lotus. 3 rooms - House, Electro and Mashup/anything-goes.
