oh yeah! definitely the perogy one!

meh. i'll paint my own car. i know how, i'm just too damn lazy... and about the imperfections bit, fieros are plastic, man. that means no dings and whatnot.

AND NO WISECRACKS ABOUT THE PLASTIC CAR! :finger: i've heard them all, and i still dont care.

and b4 any of u say its unsafe, they got the second highest rating in passenger safety wen they came out. second only to volvo.

I dont so much mean imperfections as in dents, i mean as in waves from improper sanding, floaties (which you WILL get because i doubt u have a downdraft spray booth in ur backyard), and orange peel (which can be removed FAIRLY easily)

^ya i kno how hard it is. i helped my buddy paint his car in mechanics class. well, he painted his hood, we didnt have time to do the whole car. so as soon as we have enuff money we're gonna buy the paper, the guns, (a feather edger if we can find someone with compressed air), the primer and the paint so we can paint our cars.

i'd rather do it myself than pay some guy 2 grand for a decent job or pay 300 for a shitty-ass Maaco job.

featheredger (actually called dual-action sander) -> $90
descent hvlp spray gun (not a GREAT ONE) -> $400
compressor big enough to run that gun -> $300
plus hosing, fittings, misc compressor shit -> $40
paint/clearcoat/reducers -> $700
primer/reducer for primer -> $100
polyester putty/hardener -> $40
machine polish/buffer/2000grit paper (to fix the fuckups i GUARENTEE you will make) -> $150
tape/special masking paper (dont EVER use newspaper. EVER) -> $40
