seriously... you all wait in line..??
i stopped raving for 2 years..i come back one day.. and i still don't wait in line..i just call someone and they let me in... sometimes line-ups are fun.. i usually .. well used to.. walk up anddown the line and sell tickets and then walk in after.. and i know for a fact there are more people like that than just me.. i figure there were more out there

hehe spooky was the only line up i had to stand thru, and i had a vip ticket :P (all thanks to paige)...it was cold, but the lineup schanigans are the shit...like seeing already high people, people juss freezing their asses off with u, asking for smokes, making friends ahhaah juss the possibilities of a line up.

muahahahaha do what sammy and i did at apex... both of us were totally not in the mood to line up (we simply "dont do line ups") lol... we had cardboard for timeslots for a stage and we told the gate ppl it was a cardboard emergency and they let us right in. it was gold.

sammy: "ugh..i'm not waiting in this line up" bev: "why????" sammy: "i don't DO lineups" at the enterance: sammy and bev: we need to get in right now...we have equipment for the stage door guy: like what? bev: uhhh...poster boards...and stuff sammy: we don't have time for this...we need to get in door guy: uhhh but there's a lineup sammy: yeah...we don't do lineups door guy: uhhhh ummmmm uhhhh bev: thaaaaaanks!!! and we walked in. we also got rhianna and connor in with us. -s.

it was so great.. no way was i lining up in a feild full of bugs with all the crap we had. nooo way. without the poster boards, there wouldn't be an apex this summer. sammy..we saved the rave.

no kidding...as much as i hate waiting for things, lineups for anything CAN be fun as long as you have friends with you to pass the time. but other times, i'm so impatient about things.

like that time that girl had done too many drugs in the line at plaza and passed out in front of us. and her boyfriend kept telling security she was fine eventhough she was almost dead. yeah that was great. why would i want to rave when i could watch some raver person die in line?

line-ups are frickin' awesome. not only is it the best place to meet new people that you normally wouldn't talk to, but it's also the only place at your typical massive where everyone is united to a common cause. that being, getting inside to have some fun.
the line-up at summerlove 2000 being a stellar example of this. i still find it amazing that the brocolli barrage was initiated at multiple times through the night with completely different people. nowhere else would you find this amount of spontaneity and innovation at sl. only in the lineup...
