"Left Behind" Tim La Haye and Jerry B. Jenkins
A christian book about the tribulation and the resulting last days of the earth. It's well written , and i read it in less than a week ( time to read has been limited lately) I recommend it , if you can handle all of the christian preaching and rhetoric. The story is solid , character development is there , and I find myself looking forward to reading another chapter. It is the first in a series.... Probably going to buy the next book tommorow. |

"The Reprieve" - Jean Paul Satre... although the more I read the more hoaky I tend to think existentialism is, and
"Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" ... I have a question for readers though.. has anyone here actually ever read all of "Ulysses" by James Joyce. For myself I think I made it through the first few chapters and just couldn't deal with it anymore, sort of as in what the fuck was going on. |
