i live in surrey... it's never cheap chrome (i've seen about 8 or so different rids with big ass like 22's with spinning rims and lots of bigger normal rims). but it's not cool. suv + rims isn't cool. rims aren't that much money. i could almost buy chromies with the price it costs to replace my tires. why don't they try putting 30 grand in to their motor or something. if they *HAVE* to be bling bling... show that they have money with at LEAST another part of the ride.
