I couldnt choose all 3 are important to me.
-Our family has a sponsor child from ethiopia
-when I was in elementry I think our school has a coupple adopt-an-endagered species plans, plus my dad is an enviromentalist so we are alwys doing save animals/earth type stuff.
- All the money I make goes towards bills/ my entertainment
So in a way I guess im already doing/done all 3.

that would never happen in canada, cause there are laws that say all logging companies must have their clearcuts replanted, and often more trees are planted than were cut down.. although some of them do not survive so it pretty much evens out. I planted 70,000 trees last year and hope to plant well over 100,000 this year. The Amazon rainforest on the otherhand is a completely different matter. That cannot be replaced because the soil is fertilized by the rainforest itself (decomposing leaf matter, dead trees, etc.) and none of that is left over when they burn sections for farmland (which doesn't produce goods for very long and becomes unusable, because the soil is bad and lacks nutrients)

yea but your way of thinking is contributing to the overpopulation problem of this planet, and by neglecting the wildlife etc., the ecosystem will fall apart and eventually lead to the downfall of humans in the long run. The extinction of one animal may lead to the extinction of the animals which preyed it, and an overpopulation of the creatures which the extinct animal fed on itself.
I saw something earlier today that said for every animal being saved from extinction by breeding them in captivity, 100 other species will become extinct themselves due to various human activity.

okay.. rationaly thinking. there will always be m ore humans to reproduce. think of it in natural selection terms. what if all those starving african kids have aids anyways, do you want them to live so that their children can have the EXACT same problems as them? they're reproducing to suffer. i don't mean to sound callous and awful, but really. it's not the best life. whereas...

our environment is on a gradual decline. EVERYTHING is getting fucked, and fucked hard. if you think of environment etc as a interdependent structure, then what happens if you take some key things out? species dying out.. no wonder our world is just getting worse and worse. we need to keep the co-dependence running, humans can't keep the system themselves.

unfortunately the pandas and animals and shit can't keep up with that 'survival of the fittest' thing, because they can't come with guns and chainsaws and shit and shoot US and chop down our habitat.

fuck you guys make me fear for the future of our world, if most of you don't even care about the environment. what kind of world are your kids gonna grow up in?

I say we help the starving people walk there asses over to where the not starving people are. Teach them to hunt down there own dam food and to masterbate more and be done with it. Then save the pandas. People were born with the capasity to learn so teach them. If you give hand outs all the time they wont learn they will just take. Animals already know how to survive and find food so just leave them alone and stop cutting down there dam homes. Thats my thought.
