i've got pretty much everything on that list down...cept the booze and chocolate part :soak:

reg sleep pattern, and low stress is important as well imo

ahhh i need to get my act together...my goal for this summer is too do the grind under 45mins

btw. avocados are not bad for you, they are very good and i love them very much

umm soy protien is crap unless ur buying soy milk if your gona spend money on a protien powder get one of these:

and i agree with kelster... avacados arent bad for you... yes they are high in fat... but there is a difference between natural fats and mcdonalds fat :sick:

Umm the all taste like ass for the most part some are alright but you just drink them anyways :) dont go to GNC they are the biggest rips offs, check out that link order from them.

i used to drink vanilla gen soy...and i really liked it, nah, i LOVE it

but it's expensive and i'm not so hardcore with my muscles

my sister got it off her friend that was living on the island working for some company that distributes all that junk.....mmmm yum :PartEkid:

so many choices!!! :soak:

i dont now much about protien suppliments.. so any advice/opinions about them would be appreciated...

i think i need it because i dont eat alot of red meat or protien enriched foods... and i would also like to gain more body mass/muscle.... so is this gonna help?

also make sure you are getting lots of Omega # fatty acids and not as many Omega 6
I recomend Salmon oil/ Fish oil tablets
then your body won't store the shitty fats that you eat

eat brown over white
rice, bread ect...

get off your fat ass and do something physical
burning more calories than you eat is the key

stay away from most starches

or if you want to change the fat into muscle and you work out
her is a Sample Meal Plan

by eating a higher protein diet, even with an appreciable amount of carbohydrate, you’ll end up burning more total fat while sparing muscle glycogen and providing amino acids for recovery and growth



Meal 1 (Protien + Fat)

2 chicken sausage links

organic spinach

1 cup organic carrots

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon flax oil

Meal 2 (P+F)

12 egg whites

1 slice regular cheese

chopped fresh veggies

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

2 fish oil capsules

quarter cup walnuts

Meal 3 (P+F)

1 scoop of protein powder like Grow!

4 fish oil capsules

1 cup full fat organic yogurt

Meal 4 (P+F)

1 cup of 8-12 bean mix

4oz lean beef

organic spinach

1 cup organic carrots

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Meal 5: During Workout (Protien + Carbs)

1 serving of a recovery drink like Surge

Meal 6: Immediately After Workout (P+C)

1 serving of recovery drink like Surge

Meal 7: One Hour Post Workout (P+C)

1 cup fat free organic yogurt

1 scoop protein powder like Grow!

2 cups frozen berries

2.5 cups cereal

Meal 8 (P+C)

4 oz extra lean beef

organic spinach

1 piece fruit

if you want too gain mass/muscle you'll only get it by working out...and i wouldn't bother with the protein drinks unless you're going to work out

if you want a good source of protein i'd go for nuts and soy products...mmm nuts
