people feel sorry for me, and when they ask me why im in a wheelchair, and i tell them. they say, awe man that sucks eh? like fuck...obviosuly it aint fun..common now..haha...the cool people are like, well whatever man ur still out and partyin i got mad respect...thats what i want to hear...when people say awe that sucks eh? i tell them...yah it does man but i bang more bitches then u do. most of the time its true, so the conversation ends rite there...:)

u understand what im saying, cuz i have no problem explaining my story, its jus that i hate it when people feel sorry for me...it aggrivates me.

I've seen you at a few parties...Spooky 8, Lucid Dream, NYE, to name a few - I think it's awesome that you are out partying! Obviously it sucks that you are in a wheelchair, but sometimes shitty things happen to good people. Going out, partying, and still having fun shows that YOU still control your life, NOT your wheelchair.

you remind me a lot about this speaker I had in one of my classes.

he was born with cerebral palsy which resulted in him having very slurred speech and erratic movements. anyway.. he ended up graduating from law school, becoming a lawyer, writer and speaker. he spoke a lot about how all his life, people would always look at him funny, talk to him like he's stupid and had even had people spit and throw stuff at him. however, his optimism and positivity helped him to overcome so much and his views about life in general were just so inspirational. I truly admire people like you guys.

anyways, I just wanted to mention a little cartoon that he handed out to us that day. I can't remember it word for word but it goes something like this:

guy in a wheelchair: so does it bother you at all that I'm in a wheelchair?
old lady: why no, not at all! why would you ask?
guy in a wheelchair: well, a lot of people seem to feel very awkward around handicapped people.
old lady: oh no, it doesn't bother me at all
guy in a wheelchair: BOO!
old lady: AAAHHHHH! *runs away*

hehehe. sorry, I wish I could post the actual comic strip, but I can't find it... but if you saw the actual cartoon, it would be much funnier..

Such is life I guess. We all have strengths and weaknesses it's just that some are more/less obvious than others. Good on you for living life to the fullest!
