FYI FOR EVERYONE!!! NEVER, go with a large alarm company. No service, lack of attention, lack of caring....go for small and local....you'll be thankful you did.

I hate how the customers always think theyre rite and are really rude! Once this guy was buying some shit and he told me I put sumthing im wrong (which I did, and I said sorry and fixed it in 2 minutes) then he proceeded to say " How hard is it to do ur job rite!?!. Are U stupid?.. Is that why ur workin at Canadian Tire??".. Actually no asshole its cuz im 17, do u really expect me to be in a lawyers office when I havent even graduated yet. FUCKERS. I felt like shit the whole day after that happend. I also really hate when im helping out of the floor and go over to give sum customer a hand with the tools and they ask to speak with a guy instead! If I didnt know what I was talking about I wouldent be trying to help ya buddy. I usually make them listen to me (which they pretend to) and go "thanks for ur help!" then U watch them walk over to the auto parts counter and ask a guy who tells them the same thing. IDIOTS. wow I feel better now. I should bitch about work more often.

aye....i feel for you....customers can be such assholes...i always put them in their spot, everytime there is a raging customer, i'm always given it, as i am able to diffuse the situation and make em feel about 2 inches high.....ALWAYS get an apology after, its funny.

The bad news? I really don't expect idiotic customers to stop coming into your work every day. The Good news? After a while you'll start to learn how to deal with them better. Be calm and confident when you tell Mr. Bozo that you're "a certified tool technician" or whatever you would be called. After a while you'll get a much thicker skin and people like that would only bother you if you're already having a bad day.

I hate my damn job because I work at a bakery and if something is dropped on the floor... We are told to put it back when no one is looking. I never do. I always put whatever I've dropped into the garbage and that pisses my boss off and she takes whatever I throw out off my paycheck. When I confronted her she said that they would "lose far too much money if they threw out everything that dropped on the floor" WELL FUCK! Like three things are dropped in a day. Theres all of $5 AT MOST. Like I handle more money in a single DAY there then I make in a whole year and shes telling me to pick shit up off the floor?! FUCK THAT. The kitchen is FILTHY!!! And when I'm incharge of clean up at the end of the day, she bitches that I'm taking too long. Well fucking sorry. I saw that same gross spot of spilled stuff on the floor from three weeks ago and I took some extra time to SCRUB THE DISGUSTING FLOORS!... SO fucking sue me if I'm cleaning the place up so that when the HEALTH BOARD pays a little surprise visit, you won't lose your business License... BITCH!

Guests who are more stuck up than you can imagine
Guests who are too cheap to stay in my hotel
Being nice to people who if you met them in the street you'd spit at
Doormen who can't do simple math
Bellmen who are as thick as shit
Managers who have no conception about what's actually happens on the floor.
The shittiest hours known to man
Ignorance beyond belief
Arrogance that has money
The monotony of saying "Good Evening" 8 billion times in a shift
Fuck ups from junior staff, travel agents -CITYQUEEN!!!!- and other travel industry MOMOs
100 phone calls a day
A sales department who thinks its funny to oversell the hotel and make supervisors like me find other hotels for the people they booked.
Crazy's who beg our guests for money as soon as they step out

The only part of my job that I like is is welcoming royalty and true nobility to the hotel - including celebs who drop money as if it were going out of style. And all of my friends say they want to work in my hotel! Looks are fucking decieving people!

We make it look good, feel good, but under our breaths, we're cursing you bastards for staying with us!
