im not looking for someone to replace em yet..i already have a good candidate...

do you have any construction estimation or architectual/engineering/quantity surveying background.

i let my boss hire some chump who didnt know shit and was friends of his family im nto gonna make that mistake agian..i need someone with a little bit of knowledge so i dont have to train em as much because its such a huge pain in the ass training somewone while youhave yopur own workload to do..plus this estimating junk is easy to fuck up..ive been at it for 2 years and i still fuck up sometimes.

basically youd be doing some construction/quantity take offs and estimation using blueprints and electronic blueprints over the net, and a whole lot of clerical work, like filing, accounts recieveable, and that type of shit,

i'm a personal assistant for the accountant i work for.

she loves having someone to do the little stuff for her. and i'm good at it.
i also do accounting/bookkeeping so it's not like i'm just the girl that does the crap work.
