yeah sorry i meant WAAAYYY more experienced. ive heard u have a pretty good demo. Also he's the best I have seen. but there may be better ones out there. Right now, several van. djs are starting to get released on big labels. They will quickly surpass vlado if the songs are any good.

Stylistically speaking, Vladi is ahead of some of the trance heads in Vancouver. Also, Vladi doesn't need a break, Sean. He just got overlooked this year, which in and of itself is a travesty. As is overlooking Mirka. The problem is there is an overabundance of great talent in Vancouver across alot of genres and promoters now have the task of picking and choosing who to add to their rosters. Friends? New talent? Rising stars? Or the the tried and tested? This is one of the dilemmas we faced with our event and Evolve/Mixology/Photonic has wrestled w/ for Apex. They've managed to cram something like a dozen djs on their lineup and for this I applaud them. Its a great mix of new and recent talent on that stage. I hope the renegade stages manage to get ahold of some of the people on this forum for their rosters; like I've stated, a travesty to overlook so much great talent in Vancouver.

An other note... us dj's who even have the chance should be dam proud not only to be nominated by others, but also have the chance to be RECONIZED as dj's infront of all these ravers & promoters!!!

I think both contests are hard to pick just one... so lets not take things so personal because I think many of us really would like to see all of you. Even if we dont see you at apex im sure will have a keener eye at your next gig ;)
