sometimes i see a baby and i think...what a great idea, i would be so good at that
then i think about where i am in my life, still on the school path, in debt, renting, no boyfriend in sight and a huge love for booze

and so i thwart my materal instinct and baby my kitty and my male friends (who are helpless like baby kitties ;) )

I would rather bringa child into this world with the help of it's father, raising a baby on your own and providing for it the way i'd want to would be very difficult and especially if i have a son, the love of a father is something different and special from the love of a mother

yes, i believe either men or women can do it on their own, or even in an 'alternative' family type situations , where the grandparents live with you , or you live with friends

and one day down the road i'd like to adopt and african child and have one of my own

I want to have a kid by the time im 25....i dont want that huge gap either....but i dont want to be 40 when my kids 16 either :( if it wasnt has hard as it was to have a kid id have one when i was 20......but instead theres so many complications with it....

i know the relationship me and my mom have is rocky cuz of our age difference and i dont want that with my kid

I want the same thing....I want to have my first child when Im like 27 because then Im not to old while my child's growing up but I think it would be hard to do on your own but I think it would be so worth all the work.

and.i agree with it.

kids are a must in my future, and if im not happily married at the point in my life that i feel im ready to be a dad, i think i would have a child on my own.

christ, im 21 and i cant wait to be a father.i think i can thank my dad for that one.
