In my situation, it was. Nothing was being done. I was tired of being abused physically and mentally.

So yes, one day when people decided to pick on me, I put my years of martial arts training to use. No one has bothered me since.

Did I take flack for it at school? Yes.
It was self defense. I found it fucking retarded that kids were allowed to brandish knives at me and nothing was done about it.

Those are the kinds of things words cannot solve.

^ dude half the people that go to court for fighting or bullying are repeat offenders. They don't care what happens to them, they get a kick outta hurting others. Makes em feel good or something. You know what I mean?

Once they get probation they may not go back to the same person they beat up, but chances are they might beat or bully someone else. Just like a rapist repeats. Bullying is something of almost an addiction to some. They start off as a bully when there a teenager than keep that mentality as they become an adult. At least in an Adult body.

P.S: there's always a breaking point to everyone. No one can stand and do nothing forever

my uncle had a restraining order ... he was not allowed to go near my aunt or cousins...he did...and with him he brought threats and violence...and abuse of all kinds..

sure he got put in jail...but it was usually for a night...and then they slapped him on the wrist and let him free to get high and do it all again.

ive been in some many situations like this its not even funny, when you go after em and beat them down, they come back two weeks later armed with machetes and pipes and about 20 more people, they also wait so you're outnumbered by atleast 4 to 1. Its cyclical, dont get caught up in the retributuion shit because your rage will fuck you over in the end. just let the cops handle it and if they dont punish the offenders to you satisfaction just say fuck it, most of these punks who do that shit will fuck off and target other people instead, unless its about money or gang shit, they you better move hahah.
