a couple of months ago my sister was dragged out of our house by her hair and beaten up by some kids from her highschool.

now one of the girl's is being charged with assault causing bodily harm.

i'm going to sit in the court bleachers and throw rocks at her.

yeah she's fine now. but they took pictures of her after it happened. they're really gross. but she looks all better now except for scars on the inside of her mouth from stitches.

People like this don't even deserve a hearing. But when you look at it realistically, nothing will happen to these people. Probation? So what. House arrest? Goodie. The legal system fucking sucks and I hate it. I say take matters into your own hands.

originally she was just given 30 hours of community service, but my mom kept pushing for it to go to court.

I agree and disagree. Only for the simple fact that I was bullied terribly and I never fought back. Ever. I always went to someone, be it a parent, teacher, school principal ect. Nothing ever happened. The kids got suspended for a week for sending me to the hospital, and the admin suggested that I would be the one to switch schools. It kept getting worse because I was a "tattler". When my shit was getting stolen, things thrown at/on me, horrible things written on my locker, this is when I took matters into my own hands. I fought back, because there comes a point where you realize, its you or them.

it doesnt' come from just t.v. i see it everywhere bus stations. I see kids that just got out of jail trying to jack kids. They literally wait around for the right kid to come.

i see kids at the fireworks try and act tough by walking into the vendors trying to instigate a fight.
