Adult Hockey

Anyone here part of an adult hockey (ice hockey) league, or "beer league"?
I'd really like to join one for the winter.

I'm looking for one too. I'm already in my company league. I love toi get itno a more competitive one though.
The 8 Rinks ( or CAN Lan ice center or something like that ) in Burnaby has an adult league.

I'd deffinatly be down for that. Last year I tried to round up some people to rent some ice. Unfortunatly I couldn;t get a large enough response from everyone to warrent shelling out the $100 or so for a sheet of ice.
Perhaps this year will be better.

It'll be cool to have enough poeple to have at least 2 teams. It would also be nice that there would be enough people that have full gear too.

Fuck I have to learn to skate because I would love to come out and play some hockey. I've been wanting to learn to skate forever but never had the time or anyone to show me the ropes.

I could show you. I learned how to skate before I learnd how to walk. I have 5 years of organised hockey, and 2 years of figure skating under my belt.
