Hmm things must have changed a lot since I was last there. But yeah Splashes is the place to go in Kelowna if you want to get in underage. Well if you're a hot slutty girl that is. But I'm sure most people on this site wouldnt be too interested. As with all the college/teeny bars in the Okanagan, they're all the same top 40 stuff.

Ever since my first experience with E, however, I have wanted to get out and do things, meet new people, and just have a good time. It totally opened me, in a way.

But that doesn't mean that I am going to do E every weekend and hit the clubs. I'm just going out for the social aspect. Alcohol will be the substance most consumed.
