i wasn't questioning how hard u worked there buddy. im sure u worked ur ass off in school and all that to get to where u are at. conragulations to you. no really im serious. it is fucking tough to think about what u want to do and to actually go through with it and do all the schooling and all the hard work that comes with it. but that wasn't what i was talking about. in ur post it seemed like u were looking down on her in a sense. saying that working at cactus is shit and all that. its just a fucking job she is gonna be doing for now. maybe she isn't as lucky as u and she hasn't found her career yet or done the schooling. heck maybe shes still young and she hasn't hit that stage yet. but u didnt ahve to act all big shot. imo it seemed that way.

I don't look down on anyone working in a restaurant such as cactus. I just say it is not gonna be a life time commitment that's all. I have known Veni since I first started raving and she is really cool and beautiful. I have much respects for her, but my post was merely an observation of the reality of life. It took me 4 years to really know where I was gonna go..and the smartest thing was to go into the family business. Everything that you said about the cactus being a temporary job and the other stuff I already know that. She is not that young anymore either dude. Sounds like you don't know her very well do you?:070: And plus, I am not a big shot, nor do I try to be one. I just say things the way they are, and if I have my shit straightened out that does not mean that I will be demeaning everyone below my so-called "big-shot" status. So push off! :D

What? I highly doubt that!
Maybe for a downtown location...but I know for a fact that in Richmond and Burnaby you can easily get hired straight on as a server. Even w/out any restaruant experience.
