toast a bagel, get two eggs, cook the eggs (keeping yolk runny of course), put jalepeno cheese on toasted bagels, put eggs on top of cheese, add salsa. eat.

Mmmmm...eggs over-easy with bacon and "soldiers" (toast cut into strips) to dip into the yolk.
