Anyone tried it? A few friends told me it made you hallucinate and that i would really like the drink, i heard its a lil pricy but between a few people who cares i guess, but does it make you hallucinate? and whats it taste like, please tell me your experiences! lol

when i was in calgary i found a little store that had this certian brand of absinthe, i think it was rated #1 in some maxium pole, i dont know, im yet to try it but i paid alot for it and i cant find it anywere else. its from the czech republic i belive. lets hope it does wonders...

you can't get real absinth in most countries in the world, including canada,
but the stuff here is potent nonetheless. (%70 alcohol) i finished a bottle with manos and some friends a few weeks ago, HELLA fun, but not for the weak stomached, it's fucking strong!!!!!!

A friend brought some back from the Czech Republic a few years ago and we drank it on Halloween. It was pretty tasty (anise/liquorice kind of flavour). I didn't hallucinate that I can remember, but got pretty drunk. Maybe things were a little blurrier than normal and stuff, but nothing really lucid or spectacular.

the czech stuff is called hill's absinthe. im pretty sure it's illegal to import absinthe which is high in thujone, so you'll have a hard time finding it

I got a imported bottle before ..im at work so cant remember where from but it had the worm wood in it!.
Anyways it ran me about 100$ for it, and me and some friends managed to drink it back over a weekend ..didnt hallucinate or anything like that..but it was very unique lol. But I dont recommend it really, kind of made me sick more then anything.

okay, yes as dabbler said the shit u get here is SOO weak with the wormwood stuff...it IS 70% and u get drunk b4 u start to see shit, so u dont even know. If u want the good shit u gotta actually go to europe and pick some up, my friend jus recently came back from a Contiki tour around europe and he bought a 2-6 of it, him and some friends of mine drank it all and didnt tell me. They said it didnt really work cuz u need to drink A LOT to get the effects of the hallucination and they just felt really drunk, if i was gonna go for something like that(that strong i mean) i'd just get a 2-6 of bacardi 151(75.5%)
