Since Grad, I havn't done anything. A few Road Hockey games, but that's about it. My arms get a workout everyday at work, but nothing serious.

I know I should do more, but cruisin is so much more fun.

very fun, i like going for jogs or whatever at the gym. or even a long walk is better than stupid tv.

...although i could go for some of those brownies right about now..

i love working out, if i dont goto the gym for a week or so i feel REALLY tired all the time and weak. Im just now after quitting smoking getting my cardio up.. its great not being outta breath from walking a flight of stairs.. smoking was gross...

i love jogging too! today i did 3 laps.

in the winter it's soo cold to run the track, like my neck, ears, and nose get so cold and it hurts to breathe.

i like exercising right when i wake up.... i usually go for a 6km bike ride every morning n it definetly wakes me right up... gets my rhythm going for the day.

i'm taking a kinesiology class where we have to do a training journal as part of the curriculum. so i work out 3 times a week. it feels good cuz i let myself get lazy for a year, so now i'm motivated again. :)

^Ms.T: really, that's cool!

I wonder about the aspect of motivation. Like does it really come from exercising, eating a balanced diet, yadda yadda yadda. Or does it really come from within. Like in my 3 weeks of not exercising was I really not as motivated? Or was I utilizing my brain more than my body. Was I more mentally sound or happy, or physically discontent.

Like, I guess what you mean is that now you are now more motivated to go to the gym 3x/week?

^^ i like that idea, cause sometimes say ive been going to the gym, swimming and running, the next week i feel fit, and dont feel any motivation to excersise as apposed to just enjoy a book etc.

exercising definitely keeps your energy level high which in turn is a good motivator! but it definitely keeps me motivated enough to go 3x/week.

in my text it says physical fitness is the ability to meet life's physical demands and still have enough energy to respond to unplanned events.

i like that definition because when i don't work out i feel tired a lot earlier in the day and when i do work out, i don't get tired until its a good time to go to bed. :)

yeah i did that last year too in my kinesiology class

i think after that course was over i gained 5 pounds in muscle... not much i know but for me its quite an increase heh

i go to the gym 5 days a week have since i was 16 im totally addicted, and i play hockey at least 3 times a week.
