It was basically out of left field but at any rate the full quote was:

Hey Arnie... dictatorships bad, socialism good!

Although I do think we need to cut Arnie a bit of slack, there arent' too many people I've spoken too from former eastern block countries that are too into socialism anymore... and I know this may sound kinda crazy, but I'd much rather see Arnie in the White House than Dubya.
