On my roof, i get a fantastic view of downtown (from a big hill on east van) and yes miss myra, the sunset was amazing.

Pale sky + contrasty warm reflections of the sun off the buildings + the all of that jazz made today gorgeous. I'm glad they're putting up so many tall glass buildings. Gives us not so wealthy people who don't live downtown something nice to look at. =)

^ I would love to see the sunset from that view! I'm right by english bay, so I can see the ocean and all the mountains and it always looks so pretty. Sometimes the entire apartment gets pink or red light coming in and it's soo nice!

Seriously, I wonder if more people take the chance to stop and see the sun set on nights like tonight, I really hope they do! :)

Unless told to do so, i doubt it. There's so much beauty everywhere (here comes my hippy talk) that most people don't even realize the change of day to night in the first place. One moment it's light out, the next it's dark. All that happens in between is insignificant to most, unless it's pointed out.

If i can save up enough money to buy a new memory card for my camera, i'll post some high res pics of the next nice sunset we get for everyone. eBoy knows the view from my crib. It's different.

This is why I like Winter so much. You get amazingly clear days and nights... sure it's cold. Put on another jacket or shirt, have a Bailey and Hot Chocolate and enjoy the day. :)

I hate my office cause I can't see the sunset from my window but while I was home yesterday it was pretty sweet. I had a cup of tea and watched it go down. I like watching the cool colors radiating off the city and ocean and ambleside....Pretty nice out sometimes.
