Grad write up
K this is something I have to get done fast I found out today that we have to have it in by Wednesday day and I havnt put any thought into it yet and its makin me go nuts... what type of thigns should I put in it? I was going to look at my old year books but they arent anywehre to be found... how should I know who and what to put in it? Any tips on what you did for yours ? Thanx:)

acronyms are so hot!
and make sure you write alot of "hehehehe useless bullshit hehehe remember that omg we r so old now hehehehe bullshit" and then end it with something really fucking profound,that people will read when you died in a drinking and driving accident and be like "wow,what a moron" :)

Most grad write ups are full of ebreaveations(sp) that no one understands. I wrote almost half my write up on ravers and raves that had nothing to do with any school memories *smacks head in regret* Just keep in mind this is somthing to show grandma and you kids one day.
Keep it very basic, these are usualy the most common things grads write about and propbly the best approch: -Thanks and love to very important ppl (familey, best friends etc) -have somthing in there that represents you and what you were known for or did in school -maybe try suming up all the years you had (in a none gay manor and VERY short) -maybe mention some famouse memories you and others will always remember if you have one -a unique quote that you really belive in or suits you I pre thought mine out for years... but when it came time to actualy doing it, It was last minute lol. Its tough with so lill space and so much to say. Just keep the very best of it.

We weren't aloud to thank anyone in our write ups.......we had to put quotes either from us or other ppl.......Mine was: If you prepare for the worst, you'll be set for the best!
but thinking back on it I found a much better quote that I coulda used......a nice song lyric from Meatloaf......it goes: "what about your school? It's defective! It's a pack of useless lies!".......it woulda been fun to see the reaction of the administration

Thank mom/dad/family. write about all your friends (but by time you get your yearbook you will only like 1% of the people you wrote about) Mention your bf. then leave a nice ending (mine was-I'm leaving yall with the most important thing I've ever learned. the only place to go when you hit the bottom is up) then say goodbye

I was one of those who tried to do a mix of the abbreviations most people coudln't understand, inside jokes with people, thank you's, smart quote, and clever goodbye.

One day at school the art students gave me a note telling me i was supposed to hand in my write up weeks earlier. Then my write up for the year book ended up being "I wish the grads of 2001 the best of luck!"

ah hurt back in hs i wasnt in both grade 12 year books. first time i had a write up then i got booted and they took me out. 2nd time the day they had the pics and days for re takes were always on the same day i had court so i never got in that one either. meh ah wells fuck em

i think the best decision i made about my comment was to not put my boyfriend of the time in there. by the time i graded and got the book, we were not dating anyways. sooooooo many ladies had written in comments about their boyfriends, and when the books came, they were no longer together.
the rest of my stuff was thanking family, coaches, teachers. some friends stuff, some wrestling stuff, and ended with a quote from my favorite coach.
