take your girl out to dinner at nice restuarant. that's what i always end up doing when im hurting for something to do. at any rate, check out these places.

chopstick cafe - japanese tapas, it's in gastown. if you are wanting something casual but still high end, check this place out. the 9-course menu is the ticket, plus it's only 25$.

elixir @ opus hotel - best restuarant in vancouver, in my opinion. it's pricey, but worth it. thier wine/martini list is out of control. definately the place to go if you are bringing a girl with you.
